Creating an atmosphere and an opportunity to allow the Holy Spirit to flow and for people to Grow!
Every team develops a type of culture that they learn what is acceptable and unacceptable.
Culture is made up of language, social behaviors, music and mindsets.
Extreme cases of unhealthy culture would be dictator style leadership, spiritual abusive, control, manipulative, sarcasm, passive aggressive, emotional hijackers, crisis junkies, backbiting, indecisiveness, loneliness, resentment, questioning decisions.
Satan wants to divide and conquer.
God wants to Unite and empower!
How do we develop a Healthy Culture?
Some people have only been a part of dysfunctional teams and therefore they are not able to even determine what is healthy or unhealthy or what is functional versus dysfunctional teams.
I am hoping through this material you will learn what it means to be apart of functional team and play a functional role in that team. In order to create a healthy culture you have to implement the knowledge of the seven attributes of a healthy team.
