Leaders are falling, failing and burning out with little recovery. Why?

  • Leaders take on too much.
  • Leaders are working outside their gift mix.
  • Leaders have lost their passion for God and their compassion for others.
  • Leaders have been hurt, therefore no longer walking in authenticity.
  • Leaders have become proud and are no longer able to focus.

 

 

  • 1500 pastors are leaving the ministry a month. That is about 50 pastors a day.
  • 90% of pastors stated they are frequently fatigued and worn out on a weekly and even daily basis.
  • 89% of the pastors surveyed considered leaving the ministry at one time.
  • 57% of pastors said they would leave the ministry if they had a better place to go - including secular work.
  • 77% of the pastors surveyed felt they did not have a good marriage!
  • 75% of the pastors surveyed felt they were unqualified and/or poorly trained by their seminaries to lead and manage the church or to counsel others. This left them disheartened in their ability to pastor.
  • 71% of pastors stated they were burned out, and they battle depression beyond fatigue on a weekly and even daily basis.

Although we teach and present external leadership principles, our focus is more on developing internal leadership principles.

Authentic internal leadership is development through a deep devotion to your heavenly Father. This will spark your passion for walking in His ways and will expand your capacity for compassion to serve others.

The Lord is not looking for superstars - He's looking for servant leaders!

We believe in leadership. In fact, our firm standing is tha every Christian is a leader whether they are aware of it or not. Because of our conviction in this matter, we developed a 7 week course designed specifically to equip, empower, and mentor leaders. We cover a wide variety of topics, and challenge everyone on their theology, lifestyle, and practice. Leadership goes beyond title and position, it is a heart attitude. Leadership is influence, and our heart is to influence people to influence others!

This course can be done in a weekend format or in a 7 week format. The content is developed by Rev. Justin Manzey and is considered to be the most relevant material on leadership development. It is practical, biblically centered and taught by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

This course can be broken up to do week-end retreats, training in the area of leadership, as well as week long camps in the area of equiping, empowering, and mentoring leaders.
