4.) Mentor Phase - Coaching/Accountability = Review progress
The "Review Stage" is the stage where Latitude would return six to nine months latter, no longer then one year after the implement stage has been set in and activated. To review the progress of the emplementation stage for accountability purposes. This stage is really about revaluation to see what is working and what is not working and why. Tools will be provided to help the team to continue to grow forward with the implementation stage. We may do some prunning at this time or look at some possible tweaking if needing to done at this time. We will review values, processes and principles that were implemented by the team.
