3.) Implement Phase - Processes/Principles = How are you going to get there?

When the "Develop Stage" is completed we move to the next stage that many churches have the biggest challenge with because in requres change. People know that things need to change but very few are willing to be a part of that change. We move into the "Implement Stage" This stage is where the team and other influencers need to begin to make changes by implementing the results of our development stage. A lot of courage, grace and perseverance is required durning this stage. Tools will be provided to help implement healthy quality characteristics durning this time. The team will implement new processes and new priciples that will be inspired by values agreed upon by team. This is a very practical yet spiritual time to grow forward for the sake of the advancement of the Kingdom of God that none would perish.
