Develop

The objective in the "Develop Stage" will be after we having completed the "Discern Stage" we will work with a team to do action planning to develop a strategy to grow forward. We will spend time in prayer and move into brainstorming looking at key issues that we can set qualitative goals that will be realistic to attain with in the next year. This is a coaching process that will include a team that is healthy and willing to work together and believes in the local church. What we will do as team together is discover our "What - Why - Who - When - How" strategy. We will discover where the church is at, where the church wants to go and how the church is going to get there.
