To be coaches to leaders and churches in the area of leadership development and church development.
Many leaders today who are even active in a leadership role have been given a lot of information about leadership. This information on leadership consists of leadership principles and what a leader does. This information is needed but if we don’t equip, empower and mentor leaders with practical application we are doing an injustice to this leader as well as the people this leader will be serving. We just train people with information who train people with information but see little transformation.
What separates Latitude Coaches from others is that we see the incredible need to develop leaders internally not just externally. The foundation of a leader is what is the most important part a leader and yet the most neglected.
Leaders need to learn what it means to be internally developed as a leader.
Our purpose is to help give leaders a internal strong foundation to handle the stresses and challenges of leadership.
To give leaders practical external leadership principles that will help leaders implement and apply these principles to their leadership challenges.
Developing leaders through a variety of settings and outlets from a setting of 10 leaders, to 50 leaders and up to 500 leaders.
Latitude Leadership Luncheons: Motivational Coaching - Leadership Lessons
Motivational Leadership Evenings: Round Table Events. Leadership Coaching. Teaching 45 minutes and Reflection and Application.
Weekend Leadership Encounters: More of an intimate setting to really dig deep and face the challenges of leadership challenges.
